consultant Nancy Brook has devoted

full potential. She brings to Synergistic Solutions16 years of experience
in performance management, career development, systems thinking,
and professional development.
As a WorkLife and Career consultant by profession, Nancy quickly
evaluates a problem by drawing from her educational background in
psychology and behavioral science. She is a Certified Emotional
Intelligence Consultant, trainer, educator, executive coach, and
consultant to organizations in the practice of emotional intelligence
in performance and leadership development. She specializes in coaching
and team effectiveness for organizational gain.
Directing her work and energy towards reaching professional potential
energizes Nancy and the people with whom she works.

Kate
Freeman owned two successful startup companies while still
in her 20s, with businesses that allowed her to be home with her
children, while providing the family with a healthy income. When
she moved into the corporate world, she was VP for Recruiting and
Training for companies in the chemical and environmental industries.
Today, Kate has a professional coaching practice, "The Next
Level," in her home in Sedona, Ariz., specializing in dealing
with people in transition, such as a career change, business expansion,
new marriage, or divorce. Her coaching helps individuals break through
organizational problems, become more creative, and develop insightful
strategic plans. Companies in transition find her coaching valuable
for employees moving into new positions or for downsized workers
searching for new jobs.
Kate attended Clark College and Lower Columbia College in Washington
state, as well as the Sedona Institute, but attributes much of her
acumen to independent learning through sales and management courses
and endless books.

Harvey
Greenberg, principal and founder of Nehoiden Partners of
Needham, Mass., is an innovative, business leader, executive coach,
and consultant committed to creating effective workplaces. With
20 years of operations experience in technology and manufacturing
senior management and 15 years in training and development, organization
development, employee relations and senior Human Resources management,
he brings to Synergistic Solutions a pragmatic, realistic approach
to solving business problems.
Harvey has experience in working with people from the manufacturing
floor level to the boardroom in entrepreneurial, fast growth, highly
competitive, and intense turnaround business environments in the
US, Asia, and Europe. He works primarily with individual leaders
and teams to assure alignment of organizational objectives, clear
organizational structures and responsibilities, appropriate systems
and processes, and productive, results-driven interpersonal relationships.
Harvey has worked at EG&G, Inc. and Polaroid Corporation. He
holds a BS in Engineering from Rochester Institute of Technology,
an MBA from Boston University, and an MS in Human Resource Development
from American University.

George
E. Murray, founder of GEM Consulting in Westford, Mass.,
brings to Synergistic Solutions his skill in helping managers achieve
clarity in their goals and defining strategies to meet them.
He developed and honed these skills at Polaroid Corp. as a leader
in the implementation of Total Quality Management, Business Process
Reengineering, Creativity and Innovation. He has collaborated with
industry, government, and educational leaders to study and implement
the latest methods for assessment, problem-solving and planning.
He was a member of the Massachusetts Council for Quality and has
been a member and senior examiner of the Board of Examiners for
the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
George received his B.S. in Photographic Science from the Rochester
Institute of Technology, his M.S. in Engineering Administration
from Syracuse University and is a senior member of the American
Society for Quality.

Ginger
Slater teaches people how to reach their optimal levels of
vibrant health as owner of Natural Health Improvement. Using a holistic
health model, she evaluates an individual's current state of health
and creates a "state of change" plan, providing support
and education for the desired results.
Prior to her new career, Ginger worked at Polaroid Corporation
for 25 years as a training specialist, engineer, evaluation specialist,
and manager of performance improvement measurement and analysis.
When she left Polaroid, she provided services in publishing, training,
performance measurement, process improvement, and organization to
independent consultants and companies. She also worked as a consultant
providing programming support for customized online validation surveys
for major corporations
Ginger received her BSME from Northeastern University, MBA from
Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and Client/Server Developer certificate
from Boston University. For the past five years, she has researched
wellness programs and alternative health theories to determine her
nutrition-based approach to health care.

Rick
Solomon brings to Synergistic Solutions his knowledge and
unique experiences as an accounting executive. Acquiring 74 clients
in his first year of practice, he became aware that clients wanted
a proactive business advisor to help them increase profits and deal
with financial issues.
With skills he learned at Sedona Institute, Rick began to apply
his exclusive approach to helping other CPAs build their practices.
His ability to empower accountants to communicate their value contributes
to the tremendous success CPAs and other professionals enjoy as
a result of working with him. In addition to being recognized as
a leading practice development consultant, Rick provides sales training
to major national companies, such as Citibank and Paychex, to help
them develop strategic partnerships with CPAs.
He received his BBA degree from Bernard M. Baruch College and began
his professional accounting career at Fred Landau & Co., in
New York City. In 1973 Rick achieved his license as a certified
public accountant and in 1978 he started his own CPA firm.

clinical psychologist, Dr. Daniel Sternberg
brings to Synergistic Solutions extensive experience in his field.
He specializes in the areas of employer-employee relationships,
stress management training, pain management, and psychological assessment.
Dan performs psychological evaluations and works with individuals,
families, and groups. His treatment approaches include biofeedback
training and relaxation therapies for pain, psychosomatic problems,
anxiety, depression, and alcoholism; assertiveness training and
communication skills training; marital and family therapy, and group
therapy.
Dan earned a BA at the University of Colorado, and MA and Ph.D.
at the University of Utah. He is a Clinical Assistant Professor
in the Department of Psychology at the University of Utah and has
been a consultant to the Utah State Board of Education, Utah State
Prison, and Utah State Division of Alcoholism and Drugs.
